Email [email protected]. Tell us the app version (Settings → About) and which device role you were using — camera, viewer or hub — and we will get back to you.

Your data

You can view and edit your account details in the app, delete your account from within the app, and revoke any camera you have shared. Anything the app does not cover: write to the address above. See the Privacy Policy, section 8.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security problem, please report it to the same address rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will work with you on it.
